How do I get prices?

Which currency do you invoice in?
In US dollars or euros, by bank transfer. Every shipment comes with a full set of export documents.
Can I sell your products in the EU?
Yes. Products carry CE marking and comply with EN standards; acrylic paints come with an MSDS. We help with customs clearance.
How long does delivery take?
We plan and agree the shipment date with you. Delivery to major EU cities takes 1–5 days: Warsaw 1–3, Berlin 2–3, Paris 3–5, London 4–5.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes: the larger the order, the lower the price. Chains and distributors get individual terms.
Do you offer deferred payment?
Yes, on individual terms — discuss it with your manager.
Who pays for delivery?
It depends on your agreement with the manager.
Can you make kits under my brand?
Yes: designs from our library or your own, packaging in your branding. A batch starts from 15 kits and takes 10–14 days.
What if an item arrives damaged?
We replace, refund or compensate it — every kit carries the manufacturer’s warranty.
Do you provide product photos and descriptions?
Yes, for your website and marketplaces.
Can I combine different categories in one order?
Yes, all categories ship from one warehouse in a single order.
